The Department of Education at UCSB's Gevirtz School announces its 2011 graduation celebration

Department of Education Chair Dr. Mary Betsy Brenner would like to invite Department and Joint Doctoral Program students who graduated in fall ’10, winter ’11, spring ’11, or will be graduating this summer, to a Graduation Celebration in their honor on Friday, June 10, 3 – 5 pm on the Ackerman Terrace, 4th Floor of the Education Building.

The program will consist of brief remarks by the Chair and Dean Jane Close Conoley followed by an introduction of each graduate by his or her advisor or other faculty member. Graduates will have the opportunity to say a few words to thank their advisor.

Light refreshments will follow in the Don Gevirtz Boardroom.
