DONORS & PARTNERS

Donors & Partners / Support Gevirtz / Make a Gift

Giving to the Gevirtz School

Gifts to the Gevirtz Graduate School of Education help support and improve the quality of our students, faculty, programs, and facilities. During this transformational time in the life of our university, gifts to the Gevirtz School also contribute to the Campaign for the University of California, Santa Barbara.

Annual Gifts
Annual contributions are used by Dean Jane Close Conoley where the needs and opportunities are the greatest. This year Dean Conoley has identified graduate student fellowships as a primary focus. Donors may also make gifts to support faculty development and our world-class programs and centers.

Capital Gifts
The Gevirtz School of Education is operating in a new LEED (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) silver-certified building, completed in 2009. We continue to work toward a goal to augment state funds for construction with $7 million in private contributions. Capital gifts toward the building and for the Gevirtz School endowment may be pledged over as many as five years and donors may select from a range of naming opportunities. Please contact Director of Development Leslie Benedict Turnbull at 805-893-7695 or education.ucsb.edu lesliet for more information.
