To reserve a room in the Education building, email Amy Meredith: amyh@education.ucsb.edu
Amy will confirm your request by email. Allow 2 days for her to process; all rooms are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please include the following information in your email text (no attachments):
1) Requested by
2) Department
3) Contact phone #
4) Event (example: “Dissertation Defense”)
5) Date/s Needed
6) Begin and End Times
7) Minimum Room Capacity
8) Preferred Room (if any)
9) One-time class? Include course number/section/s, and Instructor’s name
Do NOT include any technology requests on your email.
All class/seminar/lab rooms in the Education building are supplied with computers and projectors, plus laptop and network access. Many classrooms have additional technology (DocCam, VCR/DVD, CopyCam, HuddleBoards, second projector, etc.).

Temporary Lecturers and Teaching Assistants for the Department of Education now have shared use of ED 3109 as a meeting room with their students.
The Room Schedule is posted on the door quarterly on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you wish to reserve a time, please note it on this schedule by the first week of the quarter.
* TA's Please Note: The ED 3140 "Quiet Study Room" will no longer be available for this purpose effective with Spring 2013 quarter.
