How We Help Graduate Students & Faculty

Paperwork is associated with many steps leading to a graduate degree. In order to ensure the progress towards degree completion is recorded by the university in a timely and accurate manner, students should regularly consult with the GGSE Student Affairs Office (Phelps 1180) with questions or for the appropriate forms or petitions needed when….

    • Wanting a Degree Check
    • Nominating a Master’s or Doctoral Committee
    • Changing Emphases or Degree Objectives
    • Taking a Leave of Absence
    • Advancing to Candidacy
    • Degree Requirements
    • Schedule Adjustment Questions
    • Departmental Financial Aid Opportunities

Students should also familiarize themselves with the Student Affairs Office Guidelines (PDF)
