Positive psychology interventions focus on accomplishing goals (not focusing on problems) by enhancing clients' strengths to achieve solutions. Experiencing ongoing well being and preventing future mental health problems is our goal. Grounded in the science of positive psychology, the psychological services promote individual, family, and community thriving. Prevention and remediation services include cultivating courage, creativity, optimism, interpersonal skill, faith, work ethic, hope, honesty, perseverance, and the capacity for flow and insight.
