Fees

We currently charge $800 for a comprehensive neuropsychological and personality assessment at the Psychology Assessment Center. Our evaluation is comprehensive and many community practitioners would charge $1500 for these same services.

For the $800 fee, you will recieve a comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluation, a written report, and an in-person feedback session. Report revisions or additional feedback sessions are not included and will be billed at the rate of $80 per hour.

We do not take insurance, MediCal, or any other third-party payment. However, we are happy to generate a receipt that clients can present to their insurance companies for reimbursement.

For clients undergoing financial difficulties, we offer a sliding fee scale. If you would like to be considered for a reduced fee, please complete this form and mail it along with your other information. You will be notified if your request for a reduced fee has been approved.

Security Deposit:

You must send in an initial $100 non-refundable security deposit to hold your place on the waiting list. This payment will be credited to your account and count toward your final fee. Please make all checks out to "UC Regents." Referral forms sent without payment will be returned.

Payment:

We currently accept personal checks and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard). Personal checks must be made out to "UC Regents." We cannot enter into payment plans or alternative agreements.
