  2. In memo section of check, write “Gevirtz School” and, if applicable, a specific program, center, or fund name (i.e. Alumni Fellowship Fund – Education, Koegel Autism Center, Dean’s Fund, etc.
  3. Mail check to:

The following information is required for accurate processing of stock gifts:

  1. Donor Name
  2. Name of stock
  3. Number of shares and approximate value, if known
  4. Expected date
  5. Method of delivery (DTC, physical certificates, other)
  6. Broker contact information (company, contact name and phone)
  7. Is the gift for the Foundation or the Regents? For Regents gifts, please supply the account number. For Foundation gifts, please supply the fund name and/or number, type of fund, department, and purpose of gift. John Hammond can assist with this information.
