Free intervention and parent education for families with young children with asd

We are offering four months of free intervention for young children (ages 4-6) diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder who live in the Santa Barbara area. The intervention, Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT) is a highly acclaimed research-based intervention that is both naturalistic and motivating.  Research has demonstrated that after PRT, young children make great strides in both socialization and communication after just 4 months. The intervention includes a parent education component that provides parents with knowledge and concrete skills that they will take with them the rest of their lives.

We will provide compensation for participation in our study ($50 for all attempts at an MRI scan).
