The Santa Barbara Psychology Internship Consortium (SB-PIC) is offering 6 internship spots for 2024-2025 in Santa Barbara County, California, and interns can apply to any or all of the sites. These are APPIC doctoral school psychology internship opportunities (APPIC #2455).
UC Santa Barbara Gevirtz Graduate School of Education’s School Psychology program is the co-leader of the SB-PIC internship. The mission of SB-PIC is to train doctoral school psychology interns dedicated to serving children and their families. All candidates who share this commitment are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are fluent in Spanish, English and other languages are especially encouraged to apply.
Each intern receives a stipend of $40,000 (for 10.5 months/1500+ hours, can arrange for more if needed).
To apply for an internship, complete an online AAPI application (available at www.appic.org), and more information is available at http://sb-pic.org/apply.html. The SB-PIC program participates in the national match (natmatch.com).
The due date for submissions is December 1, and early submissions are encouraged. All interviews for the SB-PIC internship will be completed remotely via ZOOM on January 8.
