The participants of the 2015 GGSE Grad Slam
UC Santa Barbara’s Gevirtz School will hold its second annual in-house Grad Slam on Wednesday, March 30 from 12 noon – 2 pm in Education 1215. Pizza and refreshments will be provided. This non-competitive event will allow for each participant to present a project, practice, or idea—in three minutes or less. The GGSE Grad Slam will allow our graduate students to share their incredible work with the rest of the GGSE community.
Interested students should register for the GGSE Grad Slam by emailing Jin Sook Lee (jslee@education.ucsb.edu) with your name and title of your presentation by March 18.
The campus-wide, competitive Grand Slam begins April 4, and students must register for it by March 11. See gradpost.ucsb.edu/top-stories/top-stories-article/2016/03/02/grad-slam-2016 for details. Over $15,000 in cash and prizes will be awarded on the campus level.
